The end of roaming charges is the restoration of freedom of the citizen,

of travelling, of feeling at home, of not having to pay to cross a border,

It's not only about where he lives, but all of Europe is his.

"Our citizens are complaining that whenever they go abroad with their mobile phones, they pay huge bills."

Last law, in 2017, no more roaming fees at all.
