Let me start today's session by expressing the Parliament's solidarity with the people of Cyprus and the victims of the terrible fire which has led to the deaths of four people and an enormous amount of suffering and destruction.

SOUNDBITE (Original), David SASSOLI, EP President, Obviously, the Cyprus authorities have told us that the fire is now under control. The EU put the rescue facilities to available to Cyprus, just showing her when we work together, we are stronger.
