Roberta METSOLA, EP President, In that picture that you have in front of you when you think of the European Parliament, over 700 blue seats. Whether you vote or not, those seats will be filled. Now you have a choice. You affect. You influence who sits on those seats or you don't. If you do, you will be able to, over the next five months, say, I'm interested in climate. I'm interested in making sure my country is better connected digitally. I'm interested in making sure that my country is protected in terms of its security, its external border. I want to know what my members are doing. My representatives are doing on migration, on artificial intelligence. If you don't vote, you won't be able to do that.

Roberta METSOLA, EP President, I hope that you can leave this room with a little challenge, that you will speak to your friends, your families over the next days, weeks and months and convince them to vote because it's not only a responsibility and a duty, but also one of the best things you can do.
