During the plenary session, MEPs will outline their expectations for the EU's long-term budget and the recovery plan  to deal with the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. They will also debate the compatibility of Covid-19 tracing apps with EU data protection laws. Protecting the environment will  be on the agenda, with a vote on new tyre labelling and EU-wide standards for water reuse.
