SOUNDBITE (Italian), David SASSOLI, EP President, I strongly urge Turkey to stop all military action immediately. There is a population that has already suffered hard. We must not put you in a position to have other sufferings. Let it stop. This intervention, which will never be a solution to the problems. We in the international community, the European Union, its institutions ask that this intervention stops and we discuss the possibility of a safety buffer, but it must certainly be done in peace and stability and in dialogue.
