During the EP plenary session (2-5 October 2017) in Strasbourg, MEPs are set to give the green light to stepping up judicial cooperation among 20 EU member states by establishing a European Public Prosecutor's Office. As an independent body, the Prosecutor’s Office will fight fraud and misuse of European funds. They debate and vote on the report Barbara MATERA (EPP, IT).
