As a sign of European solidarity and out of respect for the victims of the devastating floods that have caused so many victims and widespread destruction in Belgium, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, David Sassoli, EP President, has decided that the European and Belgian flags in front of all Parliament buildings should be flown at half-mast.
